Creative Movement Session

Our Creative Movement sessions are full of fun and suited to adults who learn at their own pace or who require additional support with learning. All classes are designed to be upbeat, creative and accessible to all, using improvisation tasks and imagery to develop physical expansion and strength. Carers and supporters are encouraged to actively participate in the class to support facilitation. For ensuring we are within our studio capacity we ask that carers/supporters book themselves a space using the free carers/supporters pricing option.

Citymoves Dance Agency leads positive impacts through dance in the North East of Scotland. Established in 1987, the charity strives to improve individual lives and transform communities by offering a diverse studio timetable, co-designing projects with local communities, and collaborating with partner organisations to promote dance both nationally and internationally.
