Fun, friendly, accessible dance exercise classes. Seated for stability, these gentle dance classes happen weekly across Moray, bringing together some of our older more vulnerable communities for shared activity and social time. Every class is led by an experienced Dance Teaching Artist and is followed by a cup of tea and a blether. Come along and join us at SET! Classes 4 times a week across Moray.
