The Space Between Moments

This poetry session invited us to slow down and notice the places where life gathered meaning - the pauses, the breaths, the moments that sat softly between one thing and the next. We explored how poetry could hold these in-between spaces.

Attendees were invited to join in writing, sharing their own poems, or simply listening to others. No poetry experience was needed; all were welcome to participate in this guided experience. The event was facilitated by drama therapist Sally McRae.
