DG Creative Wellbeing - Reflections & Exhibition

The OutPost initiative had a significant positive impact on health and wellbeing across community and healthcare settings. The team also hosted visioning and reflection sessions, inviting contributions to a 'Creative Wellbeing Manifesto' for Dumfries & Galloway and creating new art.

An exhibition of creative responses to the lived experiences of women carers (both paid and unpaid) in the region of Renfrewshire. Artists Audrey O'Brien, Karen Herbison, Kayleigh McGuinness and tsBeall responded to the stories they gathered from the carers with artistic works which are now incorporated into a touring exhibition.

Healing Arts Scotland came to Orkney, Lewis, and Shetland to amplify the voices from the communities of the Scottish Islands and celebrate the arts in health and wellbeing.
