A beginners dance class for adults of all ages. Running weekly in Bathgate, this dance class draws on traditional moves from ballet, Latin, tap, world, jazz and contemporary dance to create a class which is uplifting for both body and mind.

This 90-minute workshop will offer a gentle introduction to creative writing for wellbeing using a variety of carefully selected texts for writing prompts and discussions. The main focus of the session will be to create a safe and supportive space for participants with the reassurance that there is no wrong or right way to be creative.
