Runforever - Through These Walls

We will share stories from Runforever’s work at HMPG. These can hopefully be inspiring stories showing how running and Feldenkrais can be forms of art with the potentiality of healing making us imagine a different path towards health. This event is part of HAS Aberdeen Day.
