Tramway, 25 Albert Dr, Glasgow G41 2PE
Searching for Dawn was choreographed by Taylor Han in collaboration with the dancers of Scottish Ballet’s Creative Collective. Inspired by Danielle Tyrer’s choreography for the opening celebration of HAS, the dancers explored the themes and motifs of Danielle’s work and built upon it in a series of creative tasks, investigating their connections as a group, and moving with a shared sense of musicality. This event is part of HAS Glasgow Day.

Tramway, Hidden Gardens, 25 Albert Dr, Glasgow G41 2PE
Using nature as inspiration and anchor, the Wee Retreat's mindfulness taster will cultivate embodied presence in the present moment. There will be opportunities to move, be in stillness, and explore the breath and senses. If the weather allows, we will practice outdoors in the beautiful Hidden Gardens, and if not, indoors. This event is part of HAS Glasgow Day.
21 August 2024 10:45AM-11:15AM & 1:15PM - 1:45PM
Join The Hidden Gardens in an introduction to mindfulness in nature. Discover the benefits of green spaces for mental and physical health and how simple techniques can easily be incorporated into daily life. Our facilitator will lead you through practises which focus on our senses, creating space for a deeper connection to nature through sound, smell, and touch. This event is part of HAS Glasgow Day.
