Self-Care for Women Carers: Menopause Workshop

A nourishing, somatic-based workshop offered by Dunami - Movement Arts Wellbeing CIC. The session will create a supportive space for women carers navigating menopause, combining gentle movement, guided somatic practices, experiential anatomy, and reflective self-care tools.
