make the Bed was a 60-minute solo show that relied on gesture, physicality, and soundscapes as Ariela took the audience along with her on an anxiety-filled downward spiral. In showing her own struggle with mental illness, particularly anxiety, Ariela aimed to create a piece in which other anxious people could see their own experiences reflected. This piece was part of the Edinburgh Festival Fringe.

The OutPost initiative had a significant positive impact on health and wellbeing across community and healthcare settings. The team also hosted visioning and reflection sessions, inviting contributions to a 'Creative Wellbeing Manifesto' for Dumfries & Galloway and creating new art.

An exhibition of creative responses to the lived experiences of women carers (both paid and unpaid) in the region of Renfrewshire. Artists Audrey O'Brien, Karen Herbison, Kayleigh McGuinness and tsBeall responded to the stories they gathered from the carers with artistic works which are now incorporated into a touring exhibition.
